Heirloom Tomato Cilantro Bruschetta

Serves: 1-2

Ingredients

  • 16-18 mini heirloom tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • ½ handful cilantro, chopped small
  • ½ teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • Sea salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing tomatoes and cilantro as described.
  2. Add these to a small bowl, and then add olive oil, garlic, sea salt, and pepper to taste.
  3. Give ingredients a good stir, and once well mixed, enjoy on toast, a baguette, or with tortilla chips.
