Plant Based Pumpkin Spice SmoothieIngredients 

Makes 2 servings*

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 gala apple, cored
  • 1 tablespoon mesquite powder
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 cups almond or hemp milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 3-5 drops stevia (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds (optional)
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • Drizzle of maple syrup or agave (optional)

Directions

In a blender, puree pumpkin puree, avocado, apple, mesquite powder, almond butter, hemp milk, and  pumpkin pie spice. Blend in additional stevia, if needed. Pour smoothie into two serving glasses. Top with sliced almonds, blueberries, hemp seeds, and a drizzle of maple syrup if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
