Not only that, but summer veggies and fruits are stacked with vitamins and minerals that keep you happy and healthy! And let’s face it, it just tastes better.
As someone who grew up in a berry-centric area, I can vouch for the fact that berries taste better in the summer when they’re juicier than ever. However, it is also 20x easier to overdose on the little yummy berries.

When it’s a thousand degrees out, the last thing you want to do is start up the oven or turn on the stove. The added heat from that is enough to turn a mild heat into a scorcher.
