7 Must-Follow Instagram Accounts That Will Inspire Your Vegan Journey

Following a plant-based diet can be a roller coaster of an experience.

There are happy days where everything is swell, you’re meal-prepping like a boss and you also sneak in a morning workout, and then there are days that are just downright tough.

#1 Vegan Richa

Vegan Richa’s Instagram account is managed by Richa Hingle, who’s also an award-winning recipe developer. Richa transitioned to a plant-based diet in 2010 after becoming involved with rescuing and fostering dogs.

Her cookbook on Indian Cooking was named as one of the Top Cookbooks of 2015 by Vegetarian Times and in PETA’s 7 Must-Have Cookbooks.

#2 Minimalist Baker

One of the most popular grammers, Dana’s account is an aesthetic masterpiece. She regularly shares vegan and gluten-free recipes, most of which are either 10 ingredients or less or take 30 minutes or less to prepare.

How’s that for some motivation? From decadent desserts to mouthwatering entrees to some solid food hacks, this account has got it all.

Dana is also an author, a recipe developer, a content creator and a photographer.

#3 Deliciously Ella

Deliciously Ella is by far our most favorite plant-based account on Instagram. It’s run by Ella Millis who has several cookbooks, an app, and a large plant-based snack line under her belt. She, along with her husband, also runs a Deli in the heart of Central London.

On her account, you’ll see recipes, a peek into her personal yogi lifestyle, and a glimpse into her product line. Check it out:

#4 Evergreen Kitchen

Evergreen Kitchen is managed by the husband and wife duo of Anguel and Brianne who believe that a healthy plant-based diet doesn’t mean a life sentenced to bland salads or steamed veggie bowls.
