Here’s a delicious, healthy, raw dessert from Jason Ferrugggia’s Renegade Recipe Guide. This couldn’t be any simpler to make and won’t take you more than five minutes.
• 2 bananas
• ½ cup dates
• ¼ cup carob or cocoa powder
• 2 tbsp coconut oil
Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. Let chill in refrigerator for 60 minutes before serving. If you wanted it to be a little sweeter you could always add a little organic maple syrup to taste. But I don’t think you’ll need any. It’s up to you.
This is also great when topped with some of our raw vanilla cream, which is absolutely delicious.
